Our profession can only benefit from intercountry dialogue. If my view of occupational therapy appears provincial to therapists from other countries, it is because I have only recently had the opportunity to begin viewing occupational therapy outside of the United States. Because the purpose of The Issue Is section of AjOT is to foster debate, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the views of our Canadian colleagues.
